You'll be sent a pre-questionaire so that we can dive deep and you'll get more out of the session.

1:1 Coaching
This is a bespoke experience tailored to the individual and their stage of life.
Using spiritual practices such a meditation, yoga and ritual Emma can help you carve our daily practices to connect you to your inner strength and power.
You will begin by purchasing an initial consultation call. You will walk away from the initial call with an understanding of your goals and how we can work together to get you there faster.
This initial call is $250 and can be paid for after completing the initial 15min discovery call
After this call and if there is a fit between us I offer a 3 and 6 month container.
I recommend the 6 month container as we can really begin to dive deeper!
