Throughout this course you will learn ways to honour your pregnancy each day through meditation, breath work, mindfulness, rituals, yoga nidra, and practical tools of connection to yourself and your baby. You will learn how to create a greater sense of wellbeing and connection with your baby and the process of pregnancy. Discovering how to manage stress, deal with anxious throughs and fears whilst enjoying the process of becoming.
