Firstly I have to mention the numbers because everyone always wants to know -
I have lost about 4.5kg. Secondly one of the things that has made a big difference is being accountable to someone (that’s Tyson) but he also only has great suggestions for things that have come up or that I have been struggling with. Lastly I love having the exercise program, there is no thought in it from me, I just know what I have to do and when I should be doing it.

Definitely encourage anyone who want to change their body but also their no set around food and exercise to go for it.
