Synergy Saturday's - Sweat, Ice, Meditate

Join us on Saturday at 8:30am for a community workout, ice bath and group meditation.

Held just out of Bangalow this fun and community focussed morning is an opportunity to meet new people, workout in a fun and supportive environment, experience the benefits of cold exposure and group meditation. Lead by expert teachers and trainers.

Session begins at 8:30am sharp and runs for around 60mins. 

Bring a towel, change of clothes, water bottle and anything else you prefer to workout, meditate or ice bath in.
