About Emma - Your Thriving Mama Guide
Hi, I'm Emma, the creator of the Thriving Mama Membership and Co-Founder of Flow States Collective. As a mama, meditation and yoga teacher, writer, and speaker, I have witnessed the challenges faced by mothers and the need for support, awareness, and community to guide them on a different path. The Thriving Mama Membership was born out of my personal practices of self-care during pregnancy and motherhood. These tried and tested practices are realistic for "mum life" and have helped many navigate the journey of positive pregnancies, beautiful births, sleep deprivation, emotional support for children, relationship shifts, and the identity change that comes with motherhood. Together, we can support and uplift each other to THRIVE as mothers and change the world.
Having the Flow States Library to go to for my daily practice has been a game-changer. Emma’s wisdom and support has given me the motivation I need to strive for my best self. Highly recommend this incredible membership!
